Managing Director/Manager
Marie is the owner and sole Director of the Company. Marie also manages the setting with help from a team of qualified and experienced staff. Marie has 23 years experience working in this field of childcare and managed other settings before moving to Scotforth St Paul's School to open the After School Club in September 2010. Degree qualified in Social Science and Level 3 in Youth Work, Marie also has a variety of childcare qualifications including Level 3 Children's Care, learning & development. Over the past 10 years Marie has successfully led teams and developed the setting to an outstanding level of practice , offering excellent quality of care for children and families.

Lenka
Playworker
Lenka is a trained primary school teacher who came to work with us in March 2018. She is currently on maternity leave until April 2022. Lenka has all-round skills and can manage activities & games for all ages and always has a fun approach to providing play.

Emma T-B
Early Years Keyworker/Playworker
Emma T-B has been with us since April 2018 and works with our youngest children during after school when we are busy for 3 days a week.. Emma is TA3 qualified and also works full-time in the
School Nursery Class. Having Emma on our team offers continuity of care for our nursery children. She is dynamic in Early Years teaching and helps us to really get to know and understand our youngest children and their families.

Ellen Green
Playworker
Currently works as a regular casual. She has her level 4 NTL and works in school as a full-time teaching assistant.
Other Staff Include
Working with us we also have Emma F who is our Breakfast Club Supervisor. Marie and Emma have worked together for 17 years having moved from working together for a local childcare charity. Emma now just works during breakfast Club and has a full-time role working in school as a level 3/4 teaching assistant & has responsibilities in SEND, safeguarding & welfare.
Other Casual staff Include:
Debbie P- Who has been with us for many years, after starting as a volunteer back in summer 2014 before going to college to complete a Level 3 childcare course. We later employed her to work when our clubs became popular/busy and she went on to study at University in Primary Education. Debbie is now qualified in primary teaching and works as a supply teacher. She has however said that she is able to cover emergency staffing during our holiday playschemes and when available term-time.
Donna V- who started working casually when needed during after school club and during school holidays in February 2019. Donna is a trained primary school teacher and works full-time in school as a TA and is always available to support emergency staffing.
