Latest Updates

We really hope that all our families are keeping safe and well. Currently our services are temporarily closed and we are hoping the situation improves soon to allow us to get back to providing playcare as we enjoy and had built up up for nearly a decade. Yes in September 2020 our services will have been open for 10 years  and I am hoping we will be able to celebrate this seeing many of our families back again.

Unfortunately, we can not plan a summer playscheme as yet as we do not know if our provision will fit into government plans. Hopefully soon we will know more and be able to share our plans for holiday club provision, taking bookings again soon.

Before lockdown so much had happened, we were Ofsted inspected on 6th January achieving the best grade possible, albeit not Outstanding as this grade does no longer exists for wraparound childcare and instead we are 'Met with no recommendations' (which is Outstanding really), we are however allowed to keep out Outstanding logo which is pleasing as we feel we really deserve to get the recognition for our hard work and commitment.

We also launched our new online booking and payment system which we were just starting to get used to using before everything changed!

We are now going to concentrate on taking bookings for September 2020 and hope that we will be somewhere near normal by then. It may be that we have to make a few adjustments dependant on schools class systems , but will try and work closely with school to work out the best possible solutions.

All bookings have to be made via our IPAL system and this link is accessed from our website on the front page.

Our new system ensures all parents can easily view our spaces and book and pay for childcare when they need it using any device. This will give parents control of bookings and easily making sure the information we need is easily updated. It also means that we will be able to communicate with our families more efficiently, have electronic sign in and out for all children staff & club visitors and easily be able to view registers which flag up allergies, specific needs and daily notes from parents. Many months have been spent researching different systems and we are confident we have chosen the best for our setting needs which will make huge improvements.

We hope to see many of our families again soon. If anyone has any questions, please email or ring Marie for a chat. Our club is currently closed but we are always here to answer any questions you may have.
